Build the next generation of aerial vehicles. Work on real projects from day one. Make a difference in a transformative industry.
We hire people because we trust them to make our product better — and we want them to get started right away. You'll be hands-on from day one, taking real ownership of features and functions of Event 38 drones. We want you to look at a completed drone and feel proud of your contribution.
We like ideas and we're always experimenting with something new. We're big believers in multidisciplinary team members. If you're interested in a different job function or want to learn a new skill, we want to talk about it. Everyone has a say — you won't be a faceless cog here.
Working at Event 38 puts you on the frontlines of a dynamic, exciting industry: unmanned aerial systems. You can make your mark on the next evolution of technology and be part of projects that set a new precedent across conservation, education, surveying, and resource management.
We offer fair pay for good work in an environment where people feel comfortable, supported, and excited to contribute. Our benefits include health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, paid vacation, paid sick days, and paid holidays.
We're always looking for the right people, even if we don't have a specific role published. If we think you'll add value to the team, we'd love to talk. Send your resume to careers@event38.com
You'll be responsible for verifying production aircraft are ready to fly, performing test flights, and supporting clients as they deploy aircraft around the world. You'll also help refine aircraft operations and maintain our user manual.
You'll analyze and design aerodynamic structures for stability and efficiency, working closely with the production and software teams to tune aircraft performance and validate designs in flight.
You'll design and maintain vehicle electrical systems, develop custom electronics to interface between payloads, power systems, and avionics, and design and test electrical power systems up to 200kW.
You'll be hands-on in our production facility, laying up and assembling composite vehicle structures, building wire harnesses, and designing test fixtures and jigs to support both production and R&D.
We welcome engineering co-ops and interns across mechanical, aerospace, electrical, software, and other engineering disciplines. We prefer engagements greater than 6 months so you can make a real contribution and grow significantly during your time with us.
